For the Validation Portal tool, the editor incorporates a tool to import the validation points in bulk from a file. This tool allows you to write down all the validation points in a spreadsheet-type file, and then import them all at once.

Write down all the validation points in an Excel-type spreadsheet editor, and follow this format:

• Create a CSV or text file with two columns, separated by a comma or semicolon.
• In the first column write the name of the validation point.
• In the second column write the password to access the validation point.
• Each line corresponds to a validation point.

This is an example of a file with 7 validation points, each with its own password:

Once you have created the file, enter the Editor of your promotion > Tools: Validation portal, where you will select the "Import from a file" option: 

There you can upload your .CSV file directly:

Or select all the rows of your file, to copy and paste them into the bulk import tool:

The system will create for each row, the validation portal with the corresponding password:

Note: Validation points can be uploaded in blocks of 500 by 500.
