It may happen that when running a draw based on Twitter interactions with Easypromos, you get fewer winners or alternate winners than those that you indicated in the draw's settings.
This case can happen if for example there are only 3 participants available and the administrator has indicated 5 winners when setting up the draw. In this case, the draw will be resolved with the 3 participants as winners.

The draw will be completed and computed as a finished draw in the organizer’s Easypromos account.

The most common case that causes this situation is an incorrect configuration of the draw. These are the most common errors:

• The hashtag entered was not correct
• The wrong participation dates were selected
• The tweet link entered was incorrect
• Too many users were excluded and there were not enough valid participants.

Before resolving the draw, please check the draw settings carefully.

Note: It will not be counted as a finished draw if 0 available participants are detected. The organizer can repeat it again by changing the configuration.
