Email Platform - How can I validate participants’ email addresses? Follow
To validate the email addresses of participants you can use the application’s Email Platform. Follow these steps to configure this option:

Configure the validation email
First, access the administration page of the promotion and click on "Editor":
Next, go to the Pages > Login and registration > Login section and follow these steps:
1. Under Login by Email, click the checkbox 'Users must validate their email to participate (recommended).' If this box is already checked, you can proceed to the next step.
2. Next, click on 'Edit email content' to customize the email users will receive:
3. You'll be able to customize the following elements:
- a) You'll be able to customize the subject or title of the email that users see in their inbox. We recommend that the subject refers to email validation to finalize registration, but you can also include the promotion's title.
- b) You'll be able to customize the validation message, which by default already includes the smart tag to generate the email validation link.
- c) Click on "View email options" to directly access the Email Platform, where you can finish customizing the email with the following options:
- From: Complete this field if you want all the emails you create to have the same sender.
- Reply-to: The email address that will be used if the user replies directly to the received email.
- Email signature: Fill in the field with the name and details you want to appear at the end of the email, as a signature.
- Disclaimer: Text that can appear in the footer of the email.
- Banner Header image: Upload an image to further customize your email. This is optional. (600px wide x 100px high)
- Footer image: Upload an image to customize the email footer. This is optional. (600px wide x 80px high)
- Background color: The color that will be used for the email's background.
- Texts: The color that will be used for the email's text.
- Links: The color that will be used for the email's links.
- Button: Allows you to add a button to the email body, and this option lets you customize the button's color.
- Text button: Allows you to customize the text on the email's button.
Note: The sender's email address isn't configurable and will always be the same. It will be forced to no-reply@easypromosapp.com (for Basic and Premium promotions) and no-reply@cstmapp.com (for White Label). The reason for this is to minimize the chance of the email going to the participant's spam folder, increase the open rate, and provide greater security to the platform.
2. How will the validation email be presented to the participant and what steps should be taken to validate it?
When the validation email is activated and a user registers for the promotion, he or she will be informed that a validation email will be sent to his or her inbox:
When the registration is finalised, the user receives the configured validation message in his or her inbox:
Upon receiving this email, the participant must click the link that the application generated in place of the {{validate_email}} smart tag. Once clicked, their email will be validated, allowing them to continue with the promotion's participation process.
3. How to view the list of users who have validated their email
When a participant receives and accepts the validation email, the administrator can find this information by checking the "Users" screen on the promotion's management page, where the following filter will appear:
