Contests - How can I download the pictures sent by the users? Follow
As administrator of the promotion you’ll be able to download an Excel file with all the registration details of the participants. This file includes all the information provided by the users when registering in the promotion (name and surname, email, telephone, etc.), depending on the information required by the administrator.
Additionally, in photo contests administrators will be able to download all the images in two ways, depending on the administrator needs:
Images in optimized size
You can obtain a ZIP file with all the images uploaded by the users into the application. The ZIP file includes the image 'large' format, which has a maximum width of 700px. To download a ZIP file with the images of the participants, you’ll first need to access the list of entries.
Once situated in the general list of entries, administrators will be able to download the ZIP file by clicking the blue icon which is located at the top of the screen. Click the icon of “Contest pictures”.
When clicking in this option, a ZIP file will automatically be generated. Save the file in the computer, this way, the file will be available at any time.

Note: The ZIP file will only include images uploaded by users through the contest registration form. Images from the Instagram integration will not be included.
Images in original size (available in Premium and White Label)
In order to obtain these images it is necessary to enable the "Dropbox Extension", which allows you to download all the images that have been uploaded to the contest in their original size. The platform creates a folder of the contest in your Dropbox account.
This extension has a cost of 49 €/ $49USD and you can enable it at the beginning of the contest so that the Dropbox folder where the originals are kept are constantly updated, at any time during the contest or at the end.
The integration with Dropbox also allows you to download the images by arranging them in different folders according to the filters you use in the "Participants" section. For example, you can apply a segment to the list of participants so that a folder is created in your Dropbox with the original size images that have more than 5 votes.
Note: The integration with Dropbox allows to obtain the pictures that users upload to the contest through the entry form, that is, it doesn't allow to obtain the pictures sent from their Instagram profiles via hashtag.
