As administrator of the promotion you’ll be able to download an Excel file with all the registration details of the participants. This file includes all the information provided by the users when registering in the promotion (name and surname, email, telephone, etc.), depending on the information required by the administrator.

Additionally, for photo and video contests, the administrator can download a ZIP file containing all the photos and videos uploaded to the application by participants.

To do so, follow these steps:

3. Then, click on the category containing the content you wish to download:

4. Finally, click on "Download Multimedia Content":

When you click on this option, a ZIP file will be automatically generated.
