One of the features of Easypromos Corporate accounts is the ability to assign different types of roles to agents, and this way granting different levels of permissions and access to the agents who access the account. 

Up to now, the following agent roles could be added to a Corporate Account:

• Manager
• Editor
• Basic Editor
• Designer
• Analyst

We have added a new agent role: pre-moderator of purchase receipts. This new agent role is related to the purchase receipt moderation tool, the feature that allows accepting or rejecting photos of purchase receipts uploaded by users in the promotion.

So now, in a Corporate account, you can create a new agent with the specific and unique role of pre-moderating purchase receipts uploaded by users, so that the agent will only have access to this tool, but will not be able to perform any other actions or have access to any other section of the promotion.

This option can be useful in the case of delegating the management of purchase receipts to an agency or external company specialized in this type of service. 

In addition, the promotion administrator can decide if the pre-moderator agent should be able to see the personal data of the participants. It is a configuration option found on the configuration screen of the purchase receipts pre-moderation feature. Specifically, it is the option "Display participant information to agents with pre-moderator role", which the administrator can mark if necessary:

This way, the agent can see additional data that may be helpful when deciding to accept or reject a purchase receipt.
