Tutorial: Usage statistics of the platform Follow
Easypromos includes a module that allows you to consult the global usage statistics of the account, incorporating information from all the promotions managed by the administrator in their account. This module provides an overview of the account's usage to measure performance and activity based on various parameters, such as registered users, completed entries, emails sent, pages viewed, raffles conducted, among others.
The main objective of the account's "Usage statistics" module is to provide the administrator with an overview of all activity in their account.

1. How to access account usage statistics?
To access it, you need to click on the Settings menu and then select the "Usage Statistics" section:
Additionally, you will also find access to Usage Statistics from the sidebar of your dashboard, where a summary of the statistics from the last month is provided:

2.1. General
When accessing the "Usage Statistics" section, the system displays an overview of your use of the platform from the last month for each of the different available statistics modules, along with the statistics from the previous month for a quick comparison.
By clicking on "View more" for each of the statistics, or by clicking on each of the tabs, the administrator can see the complete details of each module.
2.2. Completed raffles
This module allows you to obtain the number of completed raffles in all promotions of the account. It includes any random winner selections that have been concluded and generated a validity certificate. This encompasses giveaways on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), multi-network raffles, Pick-a-winner from a list, event giveaways, as well as prize raffles in any type of promotion.
This module provides the following statistics:
- Evolution of completed draws in the last 12 months by raffle: shows the evolution in the number of completed giveaways in the last 12 months across the different promotions of your account.
- Top 5 completed draws by number of finalists: presents the 5 giveaways you completed that have obtained the highest number of finalists. By default, it shows the top 5 from the last 12 months, but you can adjust the date using the selector.
- Distribution by number of finalists: shows a distribution of all the prizes awarded by the account, detailing the number of finalists obtained in each raffle.
- Distribution by giveaway type: shows a distribution of all raffles filtered by the specific type of draw you ran (Instagram giveaway, Facebook giveaway, from an external file, etc.), detailing the number of raffles conducted of each type and the percentage it represents of the total giveaways conducted.
By default, this statistic is presented by the number of completed raffles, but it can also be viewed by the number of finalists.
2.3. Registered users
This module allows you to obtain the total number of registered users in the promotions of the account. The data includes users who have registered through registration forms, as well as users registered via API or SSO.
Note: users coming from social interactions (such as comments on social media giveaways) are not included.
This module provides the following statistics:
- Evolution of registered users in the last 12 months by promotion: shows the evolution of the total number of registered users in the last 12 months across the different promotions of the account.
- Top 5 promotions by registered users: presents the 5 promotions that have obtained the highest number of registered users. By default, it shows the top 5 from the last 12 months, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of promotions by registered users: shows a distribution of registered users by application type (Knowledge Trivia, Entry form Giveaway, Scratch and Win, etc.), detailing the number of registered users in each type of promotion and the percentage it represents of the total.
- Top 5 organizing brands by registered users: displays the five organizing brands that have obtained the highest number of registered users. By default, it shows the top 5 from the last 12 months, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of organizing brands by registered users: shows a distribution of registered users by organizing brand, detailing the number of registered users for each brand and the percentage it represents of the total.
2.4. Completed participations
This module allows you to see the completed participations from registered users, that is users who interacted with the promotion in addition to registering. A participation is considered completed when a user performs actions such as playing a game, spinning the wheel, uploading a photo in a contest, voting for a video, or submitting a purchase receipt, among others.
This module provides the following statistics:
- Evolution of completed participations in the last 12 months by promotion: shows the evolution of the total number of completed participations in the last 12 months across the different promotions of the account.
- Top 5 promotions by completed participations: presents the 5 promotions that have obtained the highest number of completed participations. By default, it shows the top 5 from the last 12 months, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of promotions by completed participations: shows a distribution of completed participations by application type (Knowledge Trivia, Entry form Giveaway, Scratch and Win, etc.), detailing the number of completed participations in each type of promotion and the percentage it represents of the total.
- Top 5 organizing brands by completed participations: displays the five organizing brands that have gathered the highest number of completed participations. By default, it shows the top 5 from the last 12 months, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of organizing brands by completed participations: Shows a distribution of completed participations by organizing brand, detailing the number of completed participations for each brand and the percentage it represents of the total.
2.5. Impressions
This module allows you to consult the total number of page views of the promotions carried out in your account. A page view is counted each time a user clicks and visits a page of the promotion, so repeated visits to the same page are also counted. Internal pages such as registration pages, game viewing pages, prize pages, and more are also included.
Note: this count does not include views of posts on social media, only the impressions of the promotion's microsite's pages.

- Evolution of impressions in the last 12 months by promotion: shows the evolution of the total number of impressions recorded in the last 12 months across the different promotions of the account.
- Top 5 promotions by impressions: displays the 5 promotions that have received the highest number of impressions. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of promotions by impressions: shows a distribution of impressions by application type (Knowledge Trivia, Registration Draw, Scratch and Win, etc.), detailing the number of impressions in each type of promotion and the percentage it represents of the total.
- Top 5 organizing brands by impressions: shows the five organizing brands that have received the highest number of impressions. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of organizing brands by impressions: Shows a distribution of impressions by organizing brand, detailing the number of impressions for each organizing brand and the percentage it represents of the total.
2.6. Emails Sent
For each of your promotions, Easypromos provides you with the Email and Notifications Platform 2.0, a powerful tool that allows the administrator to create emails to communicate with participants in the promotion. Additionally, the administrator can also use the tool to receive and send notifications based on user participation.
If the email platform is used to automate the sending of emails and notifications, this statistics module allows you to check out the number of emails sent through the Email Platform in the different promotions of the account. Automated emails sent after participation or scheduled emails sent to groups of registered users are included. Notifications directed to the promotion's administrators or other external users, which allow sending real-time messages to inform about the interactions during the promotion, are also included in the count of emails sent.
Note: emails sent for email address verification are not included in this count.

- Evolution of emails sent in the last 12 months by promotion: shows the evolution of the total number of emails sent in the last 12 months across the different promotions of the account that have used the Email Platform.
- Top 5 promotions by emails sent: displays the 5 promotions that have sent the highest number of emails. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of promotions by emails sent: shows a distribution of the emails sent by application type (Knowledge Trivia, Entry form Giveaway, etc.), detailing the number of emails sent in each type of promotion and the percentage it represents of the total.
- Top 5 organizing brands by emails sent: shows the five organizing brands that have sent the highest number of emails. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of organizing brands by emails sent: shows a distribution of emails sent by organizing brand, detailing the number of emails sent for each organizing brand and the percentage it represents of the total.
2.7. OCR Scans
Promotions where users participate by uploading a photo of a purchase receipt or a proof of payment can enable the automatic ticket validation using OCR, a system that allows text recognition in images. In this way, the OCR technology analyzes the content of the uploaded receipt image to verify that it meets the conditions or rules indicated to be valid, such as whether the receipt corresponds to the minimum purchase amount, or whether it is from a specific store, etc.
If automatic receipt validation using OCR technology is enabled, this module allows you to consult the number of OCR scans performed in all promotions of the account. Each time a purchase receipt or proof of payment is scanned to validate its authenticity and allow participation in a promotion, it is counted as a scan.
This module provides the following statistics:
- Evolution of OCR scans in the last 12 months by promotion: shows the evolution of the total number of OCR scans performed in the last 12 months across the different promotions of the account that have used this automatic ticket validation system.
- Top 5 Promotions by OCR Scans: Displays the 5 promotions that have recorded the highest number of OCR scans. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of Promotions by OCR Scans: shows a distribution of OCR scans by application type (Knowledge Trivia, Entry form giveaway, Scratch and Win, etc.), detailing the number of OCR scans recorded for each type of promotion and the percentage it represents of the total.
- Top 5 Organizing Brands by OCR Scans: Displays the five organizing brands that have recorded the highest number of OCR scans. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of Organizing Brands by OCR Scans: Shows a distribution of the OCR scans recorded by organizing brand, detailing the number of scans for each organizing brand and the percentage it represents of the total.
2.8. reCAPTCHA Validations
As part of the anti-fraud system of the platform, the promotion administrator can enable the reCAPTCHA system, a security control aimed at minimizing the impact of bots and spam systems on promotions, thus increasing the quality of leads collected in the promotion.
If the reCAPTCHA system is enabled as a control and security measure in promotions, this module allows to consult the number of reCAPTCHA validations performed across all promotions in the account. Each time a user validates the reCAPTCHA to register in a promotion, it counts as a scan.
This module provides the following statistics:
- Evolution of reCAPTCHA Validations in the Last 12 Months by Promotion: shows the evolution of the total number of reCAPTCHA validations performed in the last 12 months across the different promotions in the account that have used this security control.
- Top 5 Promotions by reCAPTCHA Validations: displays the 5 promotions that have recorded the highest number of reCAPTCHA validations. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of Promotions by reCAPTCHA Validations: Shows a distribution of the reCAPTCHA validations by application type (Knowledge Trivia, Entry form Giveaway, Scratch and Win, etc.), detailing the number of reCAPTCHA validations recorded in each type of promotion and the percentage it represents of the total.
- Top 5 Organizing Brands by reCAPTCHA Validations: displays the five organizing brands that have recorded the highest number of reCAPTCHA validations. By default, the top 5 from the last 12 months is shown, but the date can be adjusted using the selector.
- Distribution of Organizing Brands by reCAPTCHA Validations: shows a distribution of the reCAPTCHA validations recorded by organizing brand, detailing the number of validations for each organizing brand and the percentage it represents of the total.
3. Can I download the statistics?
Yes, all the statistics offer the functionality to download the different graphs so you can work with them comfortably, prepare reports, etc. Specifically, the graphs can be downloaded and saved in the following formats: CSV, PNG, and PDF.
