A new tool is now available on the platform for all promotions created in the White Label version, designed to facilitate the management of prize delivery to the winners of the promotion: the new "Claim Form" tool.

The claim form is an additional form linked to the prize that a user has won. The promotion administrator can customize it with all the necessary information from the winners to manage the shipping and delivery of the prize. 

This way, the claim form allows requesting additional data only from the winners of the prize(s) to facilitate shipping management. Participants who have not won any prize will not be asked to complete the claim form.

What is the user experience like?

After participating in the promotion and winning a prize, the participant will be directed to the claim form page, which they must fill out to confirm their details, so that the brand can send them the prize.

Below, we detail the main features of the new tool:

• Allows you to customize the form fields with all the necessary information to manage the shipping and delivery of the prize(s) to the winner(s).
• Allows you to configure additional fields specific to certain prizes. This way, if there are multiple claimable prizes, you will have a claim form with common fields for all prizes, and additionally, you can add extra fields that only winners of certain prizes will need to fill out (For example: requesting the desired size for a t-shirt, or the color of a prize if multiple options are available, etc.).
• Allows you to select the prizes that winners will be able to claim using the tool and define the expiration date after which prizes can no longer be claimed.
• Provides different types of emails to communicate with winners: email confirming a claimed prize, email notifying that a prize request is in process, email confirming prize delivery, and an internal notification for a claimed prize.
• Includes the "claimed prizes manager", a tool that allows you to view all account winners and their claim status in a centralized way. This way, the prize manager will present up-to-date information on the winners of different prizes, along with the claim details provided by users. 
• Additionally, from the users section of the promotion, you can download all information about the winners of the promotion, including all details filled out through the claim form.
