The virtual coins feature allows promotion administrators to reward loyalty as well as boost engagement. Users can collect coins by multiplying purchases, participating in games, quizzes, etc. The administrator has the option to enable this functionality, allowing the coins to be used by users to redeem rewards or as a requirement to access other stages of the promotion.

With the new file generation feature, you can now export a file with users' total virtual currency balance, as well as their balance on a specific date and a record of all transactions during the promotion. This provides better control and monitoring of the use of coins within the promotions. 

How to export the file?

To export the virtual coins information, you must access the User Manager of the promotion and click on Export > Virtual coins.

Once the pop-up opens, you can select the file with the coin information you need to download: balance or transactions.

• Balance: with this option, you can download the current balance of users or the balance of users on a specific date.
• Transactions: with this option, you can download the complete transaction history of users, including both earned and spent coins.

Once the export option is selected, the "Download now" button will be activated:

Once the download request is ready, you will receive an email to confirm that the file was generated and is now available. This file will be ready for download from the Download Center of your account, located in Settings > Utilities:
