Tutorial: Creation and management of the registration templates Follow
The "Registration Templates" feature is exclusive to Easypromos Corporate accounts. It allows the account administrator to save the entire registration process configuration of a promotion to reuse it in future campaigns.
This way, agents can easily apply the registration form configuration to new promotions, saving time and ensuring consistency across all brand campaigns. The configuration of registration fields, legal and marketing consents, security options, and integrations with third-party applications such as CRMs will be preserved.

1. Main features
- The registration templates feature is only available to clients with an active Corporate License.
- The creation of registration templates is available for users with the Administrator or Manager role in the account.
- The administrator or manager can define the scope of each template to control which agents can use it:
- Global: available to all agents in the account and applicable to any promotion.
- By organizing brand: available only for promotions created under a specific organizing brand; only agents with permissions for that brand will be able to access the template.
- Applying templates is available to agents with the role of Editor, Basic Editor, or Designer.
- Each registration template stores the entire configuration of the registration process of a promotion, including:
- Login configuration: identification methods, authentication options, and access flow.
- Registration form: fields, validations, reference values, and structure.
- Consents and privacy policy: legal notices, legal texts, and user consent for data processing.
- Anti-fraud options: reCAPTCHA configuration, IP security and restrictions, and filters to prevent duplicate or fake registrations.
- Content configuration: header images, introductory messages, and button texts.
2. Benefits of using registration templates
Registration templates are especially designed for multi-user accounts, where several agents create and design promotions within the same account.
Their use offers the following advantages:
- Maintain consistency. The administrator can create a template adapted to each brand, ensuring that all promotions use the same registration configuration, privacy policies, and style.
- Save time and minimize errors. Agents can apply the template in seconds, reducing initial configuration time and avoiding mistakes in complex forms or with integrations.
- Reduce supervision time. The administrator will spend less time resolving questions or reviewing configurations, since templates ensure consistency across all campaigns.
- Maintain stable integrations. By keeping the same registration field mapping, templates ensure the stability of integrations with CRMs or other external systems.
3. How to create a registration template
Below, we detail the steps that the account administrator must follow to create a template.
Step 1. Create the original "template" promotion
The first step is to create a promotion in your account, which you will use as the base promotion to work on the different registration form configurations. You can create this promotion using any of the applications available in the Easypromos portfolio:
Step 2. Configure the registration process
Next, access the Editor of the promotion > Pages > Login and Registration, where you must configure the different registration process options that you want to save as a template for all of your future promotions, such as:
- Login methods.
- Registration form fields.
- Legal consents.
- IP security configuration.
- Etc.
Step 3. Save the configuration as a template
Once you have configured the different aspects of the registration process, you can save all the settings as a template. To do this, click on the "Registration Templates" tab > Save as a new template:
A window will open where you can customize the following points to create the template:
- Title of the template.
- Description of the template.

Scope: You can decide the scope of the template, which will determine who can use it:
- Global: The template will be available for all promotions created in the account.
- Organizer brand: The template will only be available for promotions created for the organizer brand associated with the promotion.
After following these steps, you will have created a registration form template that can be used for future promotions created in the account.
Note: The account administrators can manage the registration form templates from their dashboard, in the menu Settings > Templates > Registration Templates.
4. How to apply the design of a registration template to the promotion
Once the registration template has been created, it will be available in the account to be applied to future promotions created in the account. Access to registration templates will depend on the scope configured when creating the template, so the administrator can always control which agents in the account can apply registration templates to newly created promotions.
Applying a registration template is done from the Editor of the specific promotion. To do this, the administrator or the agent working on the promotion must follow these steps:
1. Access the Editor of the promotion > Login and Registration > Registration Templates.
2. In the "Available Templates" section, the registration templates available to the agent will appear.
3. When you click on "View", a window will open where you must confirm that this is the template you want to apply by clicking the "Apply template" button:
4. After confirming, the template will be applied to the promotion, and it will replace the registration process according to the template’s own configuration.
5. Management of registration templates
Administrators of a Corporate plan can access from their dashboard to see and manage the Registration Templates created in the account. This information is available under the Settings > Templates Section > Registration Templates:
Here the administrator can view all the templates created in the account, see the scope of each one (global or by organizing brand), edit their basic information, or delete them:
6. Can I see if a form has a specific template applied?
Yes, if the registration form of a promotion uses a specific template, you will see it from its Editor > Login and Registration > Registration Template, where the applied template is indicated (if any template has been applied):
7. Can I make changes to a template?
Yes, the template can be edited as needed. To make changes to an existing registration template, go to the section Editor > Login and Registration of your template promotion, or of any promotion that uses the template configuration, and make the necessary changes (for example, changing the Login method, or adding/removing fields from the registration form, etc.).
Finally, once you have saved the necessary edits, access the "Registration templates" tab, where the system will detect that modifications have been made to the current template and will give you the option to update it by saving the changes. To do this, click on "Overwrite existing template":
