In order to make it easier for administrators to perform recurrent tasks related to sweepstakes and promotions that they organize on social networks, admins can now create templates of the tools they use to manage sweepstakes. In this way, the templates feature allows administrators to save the configuration of the tools they use most on a daily basis as a template, so that they can apply these templates automatically in future draws or promotions, for the different brands that they manage.

Specifically, the administrator will be able to save the configuration and customization of the following three tools as a template:

1. “Show mode” template: Allows you to save the design, images, texts and options of the animated video ("show mode") to present the result of a draw.
2. Giveaway “Winners page” template: Allows you to save the texts and images of the winners page of an Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Multi-network or a Pick-a-winner app.
3. Sweepstakes "Claim Your Prize" Template: Allows you to save the configuration of the "Claim a prize" form of an Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Multi-network or a Pick-a-winner app.

Saving the configuration of the modules as templates allows you to save time and work, as the template configuration will automatically be applied to your next giveaways, so that you will not need to edit again the contents of the "Show Mode" animation or the “Winners page”, or reconfigure the fields of the "Claim your prize" module.

1. Important considerations

• The feature to save the configuration of these three tools (Show Mode, Winners page and Claim your prize) as templates is only available for accounts with a Basic PRO plan or superior.
• In case the plan is deactivated, the templates created in the account will be deleted.
• Each template must be linked to an "organizing brand", which means that you can have different templates for each of the brands you manage. In turn, each organizing brand can only have one template of each type (1 Show Mode template, 1 Winners Page template and 1 Claim your prize template).
• If you have saved templates, these will be applied automatically when you create a new giveaway.

2. Templates presentation

Below we describe the creation and customization options for the three available templates:

1. “Show mode” template

The "Show Mode" allows you to present the result of your draw in an animated format in order to show the winners in an entertaining way and add a touch of suspense and fun to the draws. This tool allows many options to be personalized with the corporate image of the brand.

In this way, once the animation design is ready with its texts, colors and images, you can save the design as a template in your account, in order to always have it available for all the draws you run with the same organizing brand, and thus all the draws will be presented with the same designs.

How to save your template?

Once all the contents of the texts, colors and images of the Show Mode animation have been customized, the "Save as template" button appears in the editing pop-up:

By clicking, all the options, texts and images of the different screens of the Show Mode animation will be saved in a template, which will be applied automatically in the following draws that you will carry out with this organizing brand.

2. Giveaway “Winners page” template

Once the draw is finalized and you have the name of the winner(s) and alternate(s), the "Winners Page" is available to help you communicate the result of the draw to your audience. This page also offers different customization options for texts and images, so that for each brand you manage, you can align the style and design of the page to the brand visuals.

As administrator, you will be able to save the design of the Winners page as a template in order to have it ready for the publication of the results of the different draws you will run for the same brand.

How to save your template?

Once all text content, colors and images of the Winners Page have been customized, the "Save as template" button appears on the editing page:

By clicking, all the options, texts and images of the Winners page will be saved in a template, which will be applied and generated automatically in the following draws that you will carry out with this organizing brand.

3. Sweepstakes “Claim your prize” template

The “Claim your prize” module allows winning users to confirm that they accept the prize and share their personal data so that the organizing brand of the draw can contact them and organize the delivery of the prize. To do this, the administrator can customize the registration form that users will need to fill in with the information the brand needs for the delivery of the prize (Name, Surname, Email, Address and ZIP code etc.). In addition, all the screens of the "Claim your prize" module can be customized with its own texts and images, in order to adapt the design to the corporate image of the brand.

Saving the “Claim your prize” module as template is the perfect tool to avoid having to configure the different options of the registration form for each of the giveaways of the brand, and save time in future giveaways that you organize for the same brand.

How to save your template?

Once all the options of the Claim your prize module have been configured, the "Save as template" button appears on the editing page:

By confirming, all the options, texts and images of the different screens of the Claim your prize module will be saved in the template, which will be applied automatically in the following draws that the administrator carries out for this organizing brand.

3. Application of the templates

Each template is linked to an "organizing brand", and in turn, each organizing brand can have a template of each tool (1 Show Mode template, 1 Winners Page template and 1 Claim your prize template).

In this way, when creating a new giveaway and accessing any of these three tools, the system will automatically generate it from the template that the administrator has created for the organizing brand selected for the giveaway, so no other action will be necessary.

In any case, if necessary, the exact content and configuration of the tool for the current draw can be edited, such as adding new data collection fields in the form of the Claim your prize module, edit the image of the prize or add a logotype, etc...

4. Templates management

In order to manage the templates you should click on the "Settings" menu:

Then click on "Giveaway tools":

From this page the following options are available:

• Check out and access the templates of the tools created for each organizing brand of the account.
• Edit the content of the templates to apply any required changes. Note: When applying any change to a template that was already generated in a past giveaway, the contents of the finalized giveaway will not be modified (no retroactive action).
• Delete the template(s) previously created.
