We've added a new feature specifically designed for promotions where users participate on the same physical device, such as digital kiosks or tablets, at points of sale or events. This is the "Disconnect inactive users" option.

How does this new option work?

When this feature is enabled, the system detects user inactivity and:

• Automatically logs out the current user.
• Redirects to the promotion's welcome page.
• Prepares the device so a new user can participate.

This new feature prevents a user session from remaining open indefinitely on shared devices.

Configuration

To enable this option, go to Editor > Pages > Final > Options. In this same section, you can also set the Idle time duration, meaning the number of seconds of inactivity after which the user's session will be disconnected. You can set a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 60 seconds.

Note: This feature is available for any type of promotion.

Recommended for promotions run at a physical location

This option is especially useful for promotions run on:

• Interactive kiosks.
• Shared tablets at events or points of sale.
• Any device used by multiple users.
