1. How is a promotion structured?
What will the users see when accessing the promotion? What will their participation experience be like? Before creating your promotion, the first step is to know what the structure of a promotion is, in order to understand what the flow of user participation will be like.
A promotion is made up of different pages that the user will see when interacting with the promotion to participate, such as: the initial welcome page, the log in and entry form pages, where the users will register with their data, the page where the participation mechanics takes place (example: a prize wheel or a memory game), etc. The different pages may vary from one type of promotion to another, but as a whole, they will make up the structure of the promotion and the flow of participation that the user will follow to complete the promotional mechanics of the promotion.
Depending on the characteristics and needs of each campaign, as an administrator you can select which participation flow you want users to follow. Specifically, there are three different participation flows: the Identified Mode, where the users must identify themselves and register before being able to participate; >Visitor Mode, where the users participate first and then identify and register; and Anonymous Mode, where the users participate without identifying themselves or registering. The choice of one modality or another will determine how the user's participation and experience in the promotion will be.
